Overage Behavior
When you exceed your monthly evaluation limit:

Compliance Framework Coverage
Framework access is not tier-gated — all plans with compliance reports enabled (Team+) can access all 18 frameworks. The difference is in OSCAL export (Business+) and evidence export (Pro+).

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try Business features before upgrading?
New accounts start on a Trial plan that includes Pro features plus OSCAL export, so you can evaluate the export workflow. Trial does not include SAML, SCIM, or custom roles — contact sales to arrange an extended trial of Business or Enterprise features.
What happens when I exceed my seat limit?
New invitations are blocked. Existing members retain access. Add more seats from Settings > Billing > Seats to invite additional members.
Can I mix monthly and annual seats?
No. All seats in an organization are on the same billing cycle.
Is there a nonprofit or startup discount?
Contact sales. We offer discounted pricing for qualified startups and nonprofits.
